As much as I love chicken I have to say McDonalds because I can order a salad with a grilled chicken. Chicken that is deep fried is no longer healthy because of the fat it is cooked in. That is why I say McDonalds because of there Grilled Chicken that they have.

I love McDonald's very much,I only allow myself to have it once a month. I like KFC too,but It always gives me stomach.
