Whenever you sit down with your parents, sometimes.. they couldn't help but tell you a story of what you did when you were still a kid. thinking that, "how could I have done that??", without remembering anything that was mentioned.
what's your earliest childhood memory anyways?

I always wanted an Easy Bake Oven, but my mom would'nt let me have one because it was "Silly and disgusting cooking with a lightbulb."
Best memory:My 8th Birthday.I thought everyone had forgotten my birthday. But,that afternoon,my mom said she had just remembered my birhtday and how sorry she was that she was'nt able to do anyhting. She told me go with my dad and I came home, there was a surprise party waiting for me.I remeber being so happy that i cried .
Hmm I love memories.

i wasnt so close to my parents and so no such topics were said to remember my childhood, but i do have some memories...my very first memory which i remember as a kid was my first journey on a plane where i got a teddy bear as a gift from the airlines, and it had fallen from my seat, so i went down the seat to pick it up.

I was between two and three years old, and my father was seriously ill in hospital. In those days (50 years ago) children were not allowed on the wards, even if their parents were dying. I can remember my uncle holding me up to a window and pointing to my Dad in the bed. I waved to him, and cried because he didn't wave back - he was in a coma.
When Mum came back from hospital each night, she used to give me some sweets and say Dad had sent them, though of course he couldn't have. Happily, he recovered, but the time when my father was so dangerously ill is my earliest memory.
