Today I was sitting on the couch watching tv with my 2 year old daughter when all of a sudden she turned to me, cupped my face in her hands & said "So beautiful". I guess you could call it a kodak moment coz it just made me feel all mushy inside. I just had to share this with you.

That is so very sweet!!!! Woudln't it be nice if we could get all of these great moments on vide? That would be the sweetest thing in the world to keep for many many lifetimes. Thanks for sharing it with all of us here on MyLot.

Oh my goodness! That is one of the sweetest things I have ever heard! My niece is 21 months she does some of the cutest things. Her current favorite thing to do is go "Awe" to her baby brother or give him kisses everywhere she can. It's so precious. I wish these types of things could be recorded to show them later when they grow up.

This is so true but when they do it, we never have a camera or camcorder on hand & by the time we get it, it's too late :(

Kids are like that.We can't expect what they will do and how they express themselves.But they will be mind blowing experience when they do it.My son,when he was young,would all of a sudden come running near and kiss my cheeks and used to simile innocently.I couldn't understand what was in his mind then but the love and affection is so nice to experience.I can understand how you would have felt.Cheers!

Yes indeed this is one of the beautiful moment to share,once I remember I was holding my nephew in on the beach and he turns toward me to say " I love you" this was like a wonderful piece of kodak moment as you said it. And when I get dress,my niece comes around to tell me that I am very beautiful so it makes me more beautiful to hear that from a child's voice.

It's aways great to hear things like that comng from kids mouths - you always know that they mean it coz they speak the truth...Makes me feel warm & fuzzy :)
