i purchased two auto cool units from you by telephone.i believe at 19.95 each and installed one in a 1996 chevy. pickup and it did not lower the temp below 110 degrees . i am very dis-satisfied with it. can i send it back for a credit on my visa.? if so can i keep one of the telephone holders for trying it? i am Jessie Lewis at 1211 29th st.
