who cooks?

Normally i cook in my house and that gives me the leeway to cook things i relish :)
however there are times my husband cooks as well, infact he is a great cook! He is great with all the non-veg cuisines or more like he would rather cook non-veg, as it suits his taste buds.While i on the other hand would show my creativity with veg stuff.On occasions when neither of us like to cook,we order from outside or dine out.
How do you guys go about cooking, does the lady of the house cook or does the man gets to do the honours...lol ..(heavens!dont tell me ur kids cook n feed u ..lol)
or r u the type who invariably eat out?

I have to say that I am the cook of the house normally, although my wife and I do split the duties. It's not quite 50/50 since I usually am the first one home, but she will cook a meal or two every week. I love cooking, personally; I've been cooking since I was about 10 years old and learned traditional cooking from the Philippines as well as modern cooking in the U.S. and my father's mother also taught me her Southern cooking style. We do eat out quite a bit though since a lot of times we just don't have the time to cook since we're both full time workers.

thats nice to hear!i like a few things about it
one being that its always good to see the co-operation extended by both the partners towards household activities and cooking being no different esp when its traditionally considered a woman's forte.
Secondly it always good to see men who can cook and cook well at that!

Cooking is very important. It is important to get atleast one home cooked meal a day. My spouse is the better cook between the two of us.However he does not like cook. I would do most of the cooking. The kids like cheese. We try to do alot of dishes that can include cheese with it. We do not do alot of ordering out. Everything we order out we can make. Happy lotting.
