paypal is like a bank account that you can have companies like mylot and traders send you money. All you have to do is go to www.paypal.com and make sure it excepts the country you reside in and sign up. you will need to verify with a bank account. I have been a member for 9 yrs now and have not had any problems with them.

but in kuwait i dont think they hav paypal service how can i recive my money from mylots

Without knowing about paypal you have started working with mylot? Mylot is a payment processor. Mylot pays to paypal and from three you can use to purchase anything online or just withdraw to you credit card or bank account.
