yap, you could make an account to paypal without adding a bank or if you have a bank, you could add it later. by the way the easy way to get verify is to get a debit account card from Union bank..you got to pay only 300 pesos and deposit 200 to be use by paypal to verify your account. it is easy and their is no maintaining balance require and you only have to pay the annual fees..

hello there vannice and happy day to ya:) yes u can have a paypal account and not have a back account.After you sign up on [aypal it will ask for either your bank acct or credit card info and it takes those prepaid credit cards u get just about anywhere if u ever decide to,but this is what happens and the difference between havin somethigb verified or not..iF you dont have anything verified like a bank acct or what not you can still have money deposited into ur paypal u just have to spend what money u have in it online and it gives you a list of all the places that takes paypal..all u really need to make sure u do is check your email and verify it there to make sure your not spam..and if you DID have a bank acct or credit info verified then u can take it out whatever way you want..so no biggie:) have a good one hun!! oh yeah that happened to me and i asked everyone if it was possible that i could have a pay pal without a bank account and everyone was like no its not possible. and then i asked if i could share a pay pal with someone because i had a 50 dollar pay out and no where for it to go. but i just know its 100 percent true that you can not use the money in your pay pal if your account is not verified you can trust me on that one. and so maybe they have a pay pal credit you can have but your still gonna have to verify it some way, also what i did was get a savings account bank account they said there no minium balance if your under 18. so maybe you can do that its not that hard to get a bank account you just go there to the bank and it takes less than 20 minutes mine only took about 15 minutes to fill out some forms and such then pay pal will give you some money just for signning up and thats how you verify it they ask you how much money they sent to your bank account.

Paypal is not asking for a Bank account, only credit cards like visa or mastercard which you can avail if you are working or be qualified if you are earning over and above the requirements and still subject for approval by the credit cards issuer.
