Exercise! It's the best weight reducer. Try contact sports or even going out in the gym and spend at least 30 minutes sweating it all out. Avoid oily and fat food such as beef, pork and the likes. Try to minimize eating sweets. Replace your craving for sweets with healthy and delicious fruits. Salads can be a great alternative for sweet cravings too. You could also set a goal. For example, this week, i would like to lose 3 lbs. and reward yourself with something good to eat. I heard that yogurt aids with digestion. Water Therapy could help too and the after 6 diet. There so many tips to lose weight. It will all be up to the person how and when he/she will start the goal and the perseverance he/she has. Good luck!

The results will not be fast as you think. You must do that for 2 months and you could see the difference. Try to weigh yourself now then weigh yourself after 1 month of training and avoidance of fatty foods. And you will see and feel what i mean.

Well to reduce your weight, you can try to cut down all the heavy food that you eat, like oil, butter or cheese.Try to take honey with warm water every morning which is the best way to loose your weight,Even try to take a spoonfull of ground fengrueek seeds every morning with warm water.This helps you best to cut down some weight,with regular excersice.Also try to take green pumpking juice and some carrot juice too.there are many ways to loose weight if we sincerly stick to them. :)

Hello! I have heard about some of your tips but how about honey in the mornings with warm water? Why honey? It's full of sugar. Why or in what ways do you thing it could burn overweight? Thanks!!! :)
