Take out dog for walk?

So do you Take out dog for walk? He is also a social being and loves to mate and make pups or say a family?

I have Labrador and I do take him for a walk whenever possible,its sure that the gets a walk with me in weekends but otherwise I let her free in our house compound.
She always makes me feel that she loves me,she come's close and sits next me whenever I sit anywhere during a walk.I let her out for walk mostly during morning or evenings.
