Hi Music lovers, We all listen to music while we are alone or doing some work. Do you have any imagination or picture something into your mind while listening to your favourite music? I love classical music and I often hear that. I use to imagine different things as my mind and heart goes on with the rhythm and melody of the music. I'll imagine to be a great hero or in a beautiful place full of nature and birds or with my loved ones or the time I enjoyed with my friends... Have you experienced it before? What music you love it to hear and imagine things... Do share your thoughts here... Cheers... Have a nice day always...

Hmmm. well, I like rock and those belt out songs.. specially when I'm cleaning the house.. I usually imagine I'm singing on a stage in front of a lot of people. well, I don't have a good singing voice, so I know that that won't ever be true.. but it's just nice to imagine things.. hehehe.

Thats really nice. That is the way music brings us to life and can bring our dreams to atleast imagine... I too play music in my instruments and I feel like Yanni, a great composer and I do something crazy.... Sometimes it is awful

Philip i usually imagine that i will be playing that song in a crowd like a concert. Like when I'm listening to jazz, or progressive rock, or funk. I do that. But when i listen to love songs. i usually think of my loved ones especially my GF. and things like that.

Yes it makes me happy and sometimes it makes you cry. The key i guess is that we should never feed our emotions with music. Like when I'm sad I don't play love songs that would remind me of the cause of my sadness. happy my lotting. Ow one thing more have i really been present to most music discussions?

Aside from the fantasy that I am the singer (LOL) I find that older music takes me back to a another place in my life and I feel as if I am almost reliving a particular time gone by. It does depend on my mood but I think music can either be a great escape or can cause melancholic feelings; either way I could not imagine my life without it!

Hi! it happens to me most of the time since i like listening to music whenever i work. It depends on the music that is playing. There are songs that would remind me of my high school/college life, or songs that would remind me of certain places or events in my life. Sometimes, it would also bring back emotions that i would associate with the song. Its relaxing for me. Sometimes I would smile or make my eyes teary. Its great !!

Hello, phill. yah, i've been silent for days? or weeks? I have to find you in my friends list to take a look and participate in your discussion. Do you know something will help me earn online?I'm kinda bored. Well, yes. Music has a great impact when we are depressed, sometimes even if it's heavy metal, pop,rap or a happy music we can't hold back our tears. We look crazy! When a person is blue what ever type of music it is he/she is going to relate her self to the lyrics.

Hi Simone, Long time no see. What you said is really true. We can't listten to some musics during depression. I too smiled and even laughed alone hearing some musics. I never put any boundary to my heart when listening to music. I just let it flow through every part in my body... Cheers.... Have a nice day always...

Hi phillip Actually, if I like a music, it always because that music or song makes me remember or imagine about something! So yes, there will be some picture on my mind or other past accident come up in my brain. It depends on the rhythm. If it's sad, I remember sad things, if that song has happy melody, I will feel happy too! Oh, do you know "Accidentally in Love" by Counting Crows? I always feel cheer up after hear that song I love classical music too, since I play piano, I need to know some of them. Againk it depends on the melody, but mostly hear piano sounds in classical music makes me remember or imagine happy things, like fairy tale, etc. But, there are certain situations when I can't feel or imagine anything even when I hear my favorite song,,that's when I'm so tired or stress. If I feel tired, simply i feel sleepy and can't feel any other feeling,,hehe.. Same things when I'm in stress condition, I will concentrate in my problem and can't think about something else

Hi ChrysanTflower, Yes I too like that song very much. I too play the piano in my keyboard and I usually start with "Fur Elise" and then some more classical music to cheer up my brain. Really music plays a vital role in our everyday life. It created imagination, it lights up our hearts to reach our goal faster and much more. Cheers... Have a nice day always...

Yeah of course, but mostly i imagine about the song's lyric. The voice of the singer bring me to their world, and i am imagine that i was there. I listen to Linkin Park frequently, every song contain another story in the lyric and i am imagine that it one of my ordinary world :) Well actually i'm a dreamer that loves to imagine things a lot, so music is one of the take-off road to the dreaming world:D

Yes when I listen to my favorite music my thoughts seem to run wild pretty easily and I love to just let my thoughts flow. It's a very beautiful way create things and to think of things that you have never thought of before. I love listening to music because it really is one of the best creativity tools out there.

Only when love songs are some instumental song is playing. I sometimes mesmerize good and bad memories. I even enjoyed the song when I am alone. I can relate to the songs when it has a story and how it really sounds. I like listening to mellow songs a lot before I sleep and i can relate to the lyrics. Most songs are about love, be it rock, alternative or ballad. I sometimes imagine that the song is really almost the same as what had happened to me with my partner. Keep posting.Happy mylotting. Have a nice day. Jeff

Depends on my mood, really. If I'm working, I'll put on music to help me accomplish that task. The task and my mood pretty much determine the type of music I'll listen to... If I'm working out, then some fast paced music really gets me going and I can imagine myself being healthier and focusing on the workout whether it be running, weightlifting or yoga... Yoga, on the other hand, is a bit different. If I'm relaxing at night, I'll play something lighter, softer and at a low volume so I can focus not only on the yoga, but on the music as well.

It really depends on my mood and the type of song played. If it's a mellow tune I would imagine myself along the beach and free from any harmful beings. I would imagine myself in a relaxing place where I get all of my bad energy out. If the song is rock song I would usually tag along sing the song and listen to it. If RnB I would rather sing with it than imagine myself in a place. There are many type of songs my most favorite type of songs are the classical. I may be not that old but the song brings joy to my heart which I think leads me to a place that I want to be. Paradise.
