I think it'll be quite interesting to see Harry Potter in his prime vs a new Dark Lord. But... we never truly get to see the point of view of the Dark Wizards... so a Dark Wizard stronger than Voldemort might join Harry, Ron and Hermiones children at Hogwarts. (Preferably, they won't do another 7 movies of each year of this new Dark Lord... I'll be content with three movies)
Perhaps this new kid will find something that is not from Hogwarts. The wars between the Wizards would lead to near extinction of Muggles and a world wide war in which Ron, or one of Harry's kids is murdered towards the ending.

I don't think that would be a good idea.As far as I think the world of Harry Potter is done and dusted.Any attempt to bring back the characters will have a negative impact, especially if it was to be a reincarnated Voldemort. We can expect a completely different environment if Rowling were to write another series.

I think that would be good! Like have harry and ginnys kids friends with Ron and Hermione's kids! Im not sure about the Voldemort bit though. They should just have an entirely new villan, some one who was mad at Harry for killing voldemort and wants to take revenge on Harry by targetting his son! I think that could work. I doubt she will though. Maybe they should just make a film about it anyway. That sort of thing though will either work really well, or wont work at all! You will get a very mixed reaction by Harry Potter fans. Some will either think it is a great idea and love it or they will think it is too much and hate it! It would be interesting for them to carry it on in 5-10 years though! I think they should have a big break from the Harry Potter films after the 7th ones or it will be a bit too much. Maybe they could wait for the current cast to grow up a bit more so they can play the roles of themselves as adults with kids, that would be the best thing I think. So it still will feel like harry potter. If they cant get Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson and Rupert Grint to take up the roles again i think it will be too different and wont work at all! Its a great idea though!

Yes it would be good. I want more from Rowling. Only 7 books is not enough. Harry Potter is really a good story.

I don't think so.
It would be really boring.
I suggest J.K write an entirely different book with an entirely different story. or probably a story of Hermione or of Ron or some other character from the book. You know, HP from their points of view. I always wonder what kind of life does Hermione have outside Hogwarts (and so with the other characters).
