saying NO

I am not sure about that. but if I wasn't really in the mood i would say a Big "NO". most of the time, i don't like being force to say yes, if i really don't feel like it. saying NO doesn't mean you hate the person, but it is the way for me to be honest, if i really don't want to

I always want to help if I can, but I try not to say Yes to things I really can't do. I have found that sometimes you have to say no because otherwise you really spread yourself too thin and can't accomplish all the things you said yes to. My sister is someone who always says yes or she feels guilty and I see with her that she gets bogged down running all over trying to please people and she runs herself ragged. It is always good to help someone if you can, but I think sometimes you have to say no too and they should understand.

It's hard for me to say no. So as my sister. We find it embarrassed to see others feel disappointed at our refuse. So sometimes I make my schedule too busy to have a good rest, for a long time, i feel tired at heart and body. Then I started to say no. Of course with a good way not hurting my friends. I can say that i've already got a plan that i really can't make it. They can understand, everyone has his/her own business. But i won't say no to a certain friends for several times, otherwise, they will think that you do this on purpose, you don't like to make friends with them anymore. A good way to keep friends is probably go out or respond to this request occasionally, not always. Hope this will help you. Good luck.

Most, not to say all, of the time, I have do have a bit of a difficult time saying no to people. I don't know why, but I've been this way for quite some time. I know that there's nothing wrong with saying no, but I still have a problem saying no.

i can't say NO to anybody and believe me this is not a good quality. people take undue advantage of this and ultimately i land up in a problem. still i cannot say NO to anybody.

Yes, at times I do have a hard time saying no to people. Especially to their face! I am the type of person who doesn't like to make people sad or unhappy - and well a lot of times that's what the word NO does!

For me, it is hard for me to say no. It's just natural, lol But still, I find it a lot easier to do that lately, somehow! A person does change overtime, I guess. Have a nice daY!
