I have found a phenomenon, most staffs in our company flatter the boss,no matter the boss is right or not, they would support him,and flatter him in fictitious word to please him. This often make me confused.should I do the same like them?Have you ever flatterd your boss?how do you evaluate these courtier?pls give your opinion, thanks.

I would like to flatter the boss but to be honest i'm too shy to do that . I'm not good at oral speaking . I know somebody who is a very good speaker . I think this is the chance to let your boss to get to know you. Of course we cann't overdo it by flattering blindly . Bosses are also people and they also need some encouragement or flattery.
