Do you smack or pop your gum?

why or why not?
i ask because on friday i was on the bus. i sit in the front seat so i right next to the bus driver. so the bus driver got out her gum right as i got on and started smacking and poping her gum twice or once every one second. so i'm hearing this sound for 50 minutes straight on the bus stop. its the most annoying sound every to me! beside the screeching of the nails against the chalkboard. and not only that in class that same day a girl i was sitting next to was smacking her gum! i'm like your smacking and shes like i am ok sorry then you went back to doing it. oh my some people are so annoying i'm so happy that gum chewing isn't allowed in half of my classes. i feel the need to never chew gum again. i never smack or pop my gum why do they!?

I don't really chew gum that often, but when i do, I don't smack or pop. I think when I was little, I pop gum a lot. I don't actually notice when people do this because I don't recall being around people who like gum lately LOL! But the way you described the situations, I think if I were in your place I would be annoyed too. If somebody beside smack or popped once or twice, I would let it pass, but if they do it constantly that would really annoy me! Maybe it's a habit to them and they do it so often that they are no longer aware of it.

Around here they do not allow gum at school, or even on the buses. In fact they were that way even when I was a child. I do pop my gum, but only when I am at home or in my own car. I do not do it in public.

hi just beingtiffany hatley here no I chew gum quietly so
Idont annoy others and myself .I know chewing gum isnt to'every ones taste so I just do it when I am alone but I am not a smacker
or a gum popper either. that sounds so disgusting to me.
