Do you ask a lot of "What if" questions?

I noticed I've been doing that a lot lately, mostly to be funny. Like just now, I pulled out one of my inside jokes with my brother where every time he enters a room I announce it like "It's Zack!" and he jokes back "No, it's not!" just to be funny and make me look wrong, and I usually have a different response everytime. It's just a thing we do.
But just now I was like "What if it really wasn't you? And you like... cloned yourself and the times you say 'No, it's not' you were being serious?" Hahaha.
I don't really mean it or expect an answer, I'm just looking for laughs. But I noticed I've been doing that a lot lately. More when I'm watching movies I think.
I think I've heard somewhere that girls ask "What ifs" more than guys do. I think it was a comedian making fun of it or something.
Do you guys do that too? Anyone got any good ones?
:P

I ask what if questions all the time, but I have been told that I do that because I am a worrier. I ask strange ones too, like what if we were to wake up in the morning and a nuclear war had started over night? Or what if aliens are real and we are their twisted pets....
And I really find myself doing it with personal matters, especially when money is tight, or something stressful has happened.
Other than that What if questions make for great party conversations, especially after the drinks have started flowing.

I like these types of questions. And they are good when you are first getting to know people as discussion starters.
My what if question of the day yesterday was If you could travel anywhere in the world where would you go. I am in a different country right now, it's a long story, so I won't get into the where and why. But if you would have asked me where I wanted to go, I don't think this place would have ever crossed my mind. I guess I just never thought of coming here. But it's nice, and I'll give it a try.
