Only 17% of Obama's stimulant package had anything to do with stimulating

Now The Central Committee are pushing a "health care reform" plan that can't be more than 17% about health care reform.
If the Central Committee cared about reforming health care, they would come up with a plan to do it... but since they don't care, they only throw crap at us aimed more at empowering themselves than anything else.

We know how to stimulate the economy. Cut taxes on investment. He doesn't want things to get better,he wants them to get worse. The worse things get the more democrats he can recruit to fight the "evil" rich people! The stimulus was just excessive spending. Why is the stock market up? Business slashed jobs and cut expenses to become profitable. Did government do the same thing? NO. What would you do if your income went down? Cut expenses. These people do not have our best interests in mind.

The real question there would be, why was money paid out to Obama's cronies so quickly, but has barely started trickling down to the economy?
