I have been assigned with the subject of the legalization of marijuana in my health class and decided it would be a good topic of discussion to post and i would value the opinions of the sites members. I have taken the "Yes" side of the argument, this is why:The state of California posesses a debt exceeding 20,000,000,000 dollars. A introduction of a new product into the economy would swiftly boost the sinking debt and allow for more jobs available to the public. Already, the government has allowed the use of the narcotic for medical purposes, meaning the drug's benefits outweigh its deficits. People need to see past the over exaggerated warnings and terrorfying stories of gruesome accidents caused by the so called utter lack of the ability to make any sort of logical decisions onset by the use of marijuana. The only thing holding us back is tradition, and baby whether you like it or not, the world is a changin.
