some 2 hours back I died.
But there was something more interesting also associated with my death. After death my soul went to meet the most important persons in my life, or atleast whom I considered as the most important people in my life. My parents, brother, sister, my best friend, other close friends and the girl whom I love.
Shockingly some of the friends were not at all sad at my death. They were instead joking about it. I was shocked to see this. How can somebody joke about a death. But some other friends were really sad. I was touched to hear what they had to say about me. Then my body was burnt and I was looking at it sitting right next to it.
And then? and then I woke up.
amazing sometimes how our dreams are.
And I thought of sharing it on mylot with you people.
But dreams do give us lots of things to think about. Like after this dream I am really thinking that out af all my friends who actually are my friends.
Sometimes the people for whom we care a lot do not care for us.
Do you people ever felt like this with your friends. Please share your views.
Also if someone had a wierd dream like this in the past please share your experience.

I am feeling very sorry for you. Maybe you can try watching Harry Potter again and again. It can give you some Quidditch practice. Then maybe you can fly a broom in your dreams.

Hi LetranKnight, do you run fast in your the life? But good you're not getting killed even when you run slow. But in this particular dream I was not running or walking, I was flying.

hi vickie sometimes dreams are just dreams and dont mean
a darned thing. I would not start wondering about my friends
'based on an odd dream. I dont have a whole ton of friends
'so theones I do have I trust explicitly as I am a trusting
person who like my mom used to,thinks the best of everybody.sure'sometimes we are wrong and get hurt'but a lot of the time we are more right than wrong.

but sometimes dreams show you the actual reality which you keep on ignoring in real life. They sometimes bring the thought buried deep in your mind. So you are correct that dreams are dreams until we do it in real world but sometimes dreams give us very good introspection of the deeds that we have done and help us to improve in life.

It is definitely a weird dream. There is no doubt about it.But, one thing that I have noticed in life is the feeling that you have written-- 'Sometimes the people for whom we care a lot do not care for us'--this has happened to me in a big way and I put it all to my being impractical and extremely emotionally attached.Detachment is something that I ought to cultivate .I am middleaged and as I grow older I am confident of cultivating it and getting more and more practical wisdom.

I have actually experienced in real life also the feeling that I have written in the dream. I am in my early 20s and I'm still learning how to instill this feeling of detachment. But slowly I'm realizing that feeling emotionally attached to all your friends is somehow not good. Most of the times only pain and loneliness result out of such kind of attachments.

I've had dreams in the past about being shot and even having my head chopped off by an executioner-it's just a dream. I guess it's the minds way of getting out and playing like a kid at night. I wouldn't lose any sleep over it, lol. May you have a sweet dream tonight!!

During the day time our brain gets too much information and in the process I guess lots of information is not processed completely. So I think even during the night the brain tries to process that unprocessed information which results into dreams. So normally dreams are more or less related to the daily activities we do.

I believe dreams are your unconcious thoughts become concious. It is something you probably had in the back of your mind, but it was expressed in your dreams. I also believe that in pre-dream where if you have happy thoughts before you go to sleep you will have a happy dream and vice versa.

And I guess dreams sometime make you aware of the reality. But I have felt many things that even if I'm happy during the day I sometime get nightmares so I am not convinced with the statement that if you have happy thoughts in your mind before you go to sleep you have a happy dream.

Very interesting dream... it reminds me of my mother's dreams, in which she can vividly remember what she does and how others act. She also becomes annoyed at people who make her mad in her dream. I remember my dad telling me that she socked him in the shoulder one night without explanation - but I remember her dream was especially bad that night. I guess maybe I would be mad if I lost sleep? But not at the people in my dream I should think. :)

It is funny that your mother gets annoyed at the people who make her mad in the dreams. But sometimes this can happen. Had you ever had such kind of dreams which you are not able to forget or which inspire you to do something in life.

Dreams are weird. Sometimes they are pleasant and sometimes they make you sad. The fact remains that they are just dreams. Some people consider it as a warning of events which may occur in the future. As per my experience none of the dreams come true. Dreams are usually influenced by our daily events and activities or thoughts. So I don't care much about dreams.

YOu told that none of the dreams are true and on the other side you said that dreams are influenced by our daily events and thoughts. This mean that they are connected to reality and they show real events actually, but maybe in a different way. According to me sometimes dreams should be taken seriously. They can actually help you in many ways.

A really interesting discussion Heading, anyone who comes across will definitely open it to read what has been written. When I started reading I thought may be actually you had an out of body experience when you said you saw your body lying beside and you are outside it. And then you revealed that you were dreaming.
Even I dream lots of such things where I see my bf romancing some other gal and my parents gifting some other gal instead of me and scolding me saying that I am a BAD girl.
But all this are not TRUE. It is just a dream. I think that we dream about such things which we fear in our lives, I have a fear that my bf might have an affair, I fear that my parents might not like my harsh behaviour, thats why dream such things, and dreams are always so unrealistic!
So, you must not judge your friends just based on some dream, you must try to analyse them in real based on their real life behaviour and not your dreams!
Good Luck!!

Oh. you thought in a different angle. Yes dreams give us some food for thought. I will definitely analyse them based on what it is in reality rather than what I saw in my dream.
We dream about the things that we fear in life but we can also dream about some things that we want to ignore in life. Such things are bound to happen but even then we try to hide them. Dreams can give us a good thought about such things and they can actually help us if taken in a right perspective.

Your dream may be a representation of your perception of what you subconsciously think of your friends. It is not necessary that your perceptions are correct. Since the subject has moved from your subconscious into your conscious it is an opportunity for you to introspect on your thought process and evaluate your relationships with your friends. This way you can bring a good amount of clarity in your life, which will shape your future. So be dispassionate in your assessments of yourself and your friends and benefit from that.

Hi webearn, till now I never thought like this about my friends. Maybe this thing was in my subconscious mind but it never came out until this dream happened. But you are right in saying that I can take this opportunity to introspect my relationship with my friends. They say I will be able to find true friends. Thanks for the thoughtful comment.

Wow, I was amazed by your experience. I had one experience too about dying but that time I was like murdered, fall off a cliff or something like being chase by a serial killer. I would like to experience the same experience you encounter and meet those important person in my life. I never encounter friends relatives with this problem before. Try surfing the net for the meaning of your dreams some dreams have meaning and they are intentionally made just for you to give you a hint or clue of what the future holds. Isn't it amazing? Try it. I hope the meaning of your dream maybe lucky for you. because sometimes bad dreams are lucky and good dreams have bad meaning. so good luck.
