... if your family name and dignity is under attack. LOL. Not exactly like that, but how if someone, or some people look down on your family, which you know that it is not true.
I mean, I am in that kind of position. My family is being looked down by some people. My parents said that I don't need to respond to them. I don't need to explain and I don't need to fight back, but I don't think that is fair.
They acted really bad to me and my family members, and what my parents do was just simply keep silent and doing nothing.
If you were in my position, your family were treated really bad by someone, would you do something about it?

Your parents is right. You should follow the, Just take a look at the fire, if you continuously put a paper or a gasoline on it, it will become big and even can kill a lot of people.Relating it to your situation, let them , nothing to lose on the part of your family. You know the truth. I am sure they are just envy in your family. There will come a time that they will stop doing it because no one is fighting them back.Just continue the life that you have, look forward and think of ways on how your life will be better than you have today, and in the near future, if they saw you as one of the proffessionals, i am sure they will just keep quiet.I hope this will help you.happy mylotting!!

Maybe you're right. Fighting them back would even make them happier because they know they got responses of what they have done. But how to stop the lies and the bad rumors they have made about my family? I don't want my family to be seen bad because of some people who doesn't like them. I really disappointed to these people because I thought they were good people.
I really amazed that my parents could be so wise not to care so much about these guys. I hope they would get something in return as the payback of what they have done to me and my family.

Let them do whatever they want to do, I am sure in the near future they will be tired of what they are doing. Just pray for them.Do not use your good reputation and clean hands to fight them. Just continue praying and let the prayers answer for them.I have encountered that same problem and I just let them, what happened is we are now blessed than them.Always bear in mind that "God never sleep". I hope this will help you or answers your concern. Just feel free to ask still if you need.happy mylotting!!

Thank you so much. I am so happy knowing that there are lots of support here in myLot. I think I could do that. Yesterday I met this person and I just passed her by without saying anything and without having to stare at her with hatred. And somehow I felt like a winner.

I would definitely defend my family and our reputation. If they are spreading lies to my family, i won't argue with them and the most appropriate thing to do would be avoidance. It's like living in a world where in you do not have your privacy at all. In show business, you are expected to be part of the public. So whatever challenge awaits you, you must be prepared and be professional. I have to admit it's quite hard, but in the long run, it will be the best thing to do. Follow your family's advice.

Thank you very much, koalapenguin. From what you have said I understand that keeping myself silent might be seen as doing nothing for my family, but for now this is the best thing to do to protect my family pride and their name. I think I should be more patient to face these kinds of people, because if I got trapped on their trick, I would definitely ruin what my parents have tried to do now. Thank you very much.

yes, med889, but the situation now is not easy to do such things. I would have to face someone who is older and having better position than me. I know that actually my parents and my family can defend themselves but they would rather keep silent because they don't want anything happen in future which would ruin everything they have planned. They would rather keep silent and let time proves everything. Of course as a daughter, it is not easy for me to see things like this happen to my family, but as what the other mylotters said there, this is the best thing I can do for now
