Ideas for Felt?

Hi, I was wondering. Anyone have any ideas as to what one could do with alot of felt scraps or know of any sites with free patterns and such?
I've been pondering for a few days, but the most interesting idea I could find was the penny rugs. Does anyone make them?

I am really leaning toward the penny rugs...they look interesting, and well, if I can get good enough, they seem to bring in a nice sum of money, at least enough to make it worth the time invested. I am a screen printer, and would have access to just about all the scrap felt I wanted from work, albeit, most wouldn't be that big really. We also flock most of our products, and I think if I talked to my boss, he'd cut me a good deal for the artwork and screening, and let me use the shop and print whatever designs I wanted.
