I am a Golden Neobux member and am not aware of any blocking functionality. They recently added a locking function where you can lock a referral from being recycled. I would need more info on blocking. Where did you hear this?

Hi, just wondering, why would you need to lock a referral rental from being recycled? don't they stay with you as long as you keep renewing them?

I didn't know that there was a feature like that, I don't think it has much of an effect on the one renting, but what happens to the one who is blocked? does that mean they will no longer be able to access their neobux account?

I don't know about that. So, you mean we can block other members that we rented from neobux if they're not active. It's cool. But why should we do that? I think it's not our right to do that. It's their right they want to be active or not. Usually, if my rented referrals is not active for about 3 days, I will just recycle them. Find the new one that want to be active. Even cost a little money, but I think it's worth it.
