Should Willie Revillame be given another chance?

I learned recently that Willie Revillame will be back on his show this month, and his fans surely missed him. I am also sure that he learned a lot, and he will be careful next time. But again, we don't know what will happen. I am not among his fan, but I don't hate him. Although sometimes, I make a peek to his show but not really intentional though. Now, do you think he should be given another chance? What if he does it again? Do you think the punishment next time should be losing his job as a host forever? No hurting words, please.

Willie never learns. He's done it before, he can surely do it again. If am not mistaken he has a strong backer in the network where he works. I think his show was doing well even without him. Pokwang is more than capable to handle this noontime show.

He never learned his lesson in his past shows he has many offenses. For me he should learn to be humble this time and be a good person to the people around him in the show. Sometimes he is rude to his staff and crews. I don't like him ever since sometimes I watched his show to compare it to Eatbulaga. I think Pokwang can handle the show without him.

I agree with you both.. that guy will never change.. i do not hate him..but I could never like somebody like him.. He is obviously not his true self when on the TV... and no matter how he tries to hide his real side,..it would always show up

@ AGV0419: Oh yes, I have seen this rudeness of his toward his crew and staff a lot of time. I've seen him disrespect women with the stuff that he says, most of the time they have a double-meaning. He makes fun of his contestants. Viewers should know better. If I had children, I wouldn't let them watch noon shows, I personally don't see them promoting anything good.

We all make mistakes and we all given another chance (by God wheather you believe in Him or not) and in Willie's most recent case, I certainly would agree on giving him a chance. I understand how he feels, he's intentions were honest but the thing is that he was not able to deliver his speach about Tita Cory's convoy that well.

of course, he should be installed back to the program. he did not commit any crime, he may not said some good things but he did not have any wrong intentions. and also i think that the program should not suffer that long. i think that the host has suffered enough has admitted guilt, has been humiliated enough, we now need to forgive the person. i hope that he will be back on television soon.

Hi there, well i think so anyway everybody deserves a second chance. Lets just wish that he will not do it again. I mean this should be really a lesson to him, he should not say something without thinking it first. Thats the problem with him, he often say things without thinking it first so i guess he learn from his experience. Well keep on mylotting

Willie never learned lessons, but he will still be given a chance because wowowee is willie. He has that appeal to all, makes people laugh but sometimes his attidude is unacceptable. After all nobody is perfect.

I think Willie Revillame should go back to his show, after all, it is his show. I mean, it wouldn't be Wowowee anymore if he isn't there as the host of the show. I think he has been given enough time to contemplate and think about what he has done wrong. He has been gone for nearly a month already and I think it's about time for him to return. First of all, I think Willie was just misunderstood when he said those things on-air. I didn't think that he was disrespecting anyone. He was just expressing his feelings and his intentions were good but because his vocabulary wasn't that broad, he couldn't explain his intentions well. Having said that, I think a month would be enough time for him to learn his lessons. I think that he has already figured out that since he is a public figure, his actions and his words are being scrutinized day by day by the viewing public. Yes Willie Revillame may be tactless at times, but aren't we all? We make mistakes sometimes and it's but right to give him another chance. He's only human, we all are.

I think there are those that hate him and want him out but then again we have to look at the side where there are also people that loves him dearly and adores him in his show. I am not a fan of him either and after the incident that made him more infamous I lose interest in watching his shows too. But then again if you would assess there are still followers that would want him back in the show. I also think that the station is just not ready to replace what Willie has contributed to the station in terms of ratings and money. Inspite of the negative ratings from other people their show still has calling from other people and that makes the station survive the ratings war of the two networks.

Everybody deserves a second chance i guess.. As long as he knows he's in the wrong, and repented by now, he should be allowed to return.. After all, who does not make mistakes at all?? The difference is only on how serious it is.. haha =D And if he's a good host, he will be able to cover up this incident, and everybody will forget abut it, in time to come ^_^

Willie obviously easily gets success way into his head. He seems unable to handle well his fortune, making him feel untouchable. It was said that he felt bad that the network could not support him. Personally, I think he really had good intentions. It may not really look good that while Tita Cory was being transferred to Cathedral, they were being viewed dancing. But I must also say that his manner of doing it was totally UNACCEPTABLE. His ire was directed towards traffic department of the network. It was just proper that it be said OFFLINE. So much had been said, one more chance is ok. But the moment he displays his not so good antics again, I think he should be really expelled from the show.

I guess willie has made a lot of people happy. But i think he needs to learn his lesson also. He must learn not to be tackless. And i guess he needs to be warned by the words that he spouted out on his mouth..Because of all the punishments the ABS CBN did to him, i think he did not learn his lesson yet. SO, i think it would be better that a bigger punishment is needed para mag.tanda na siya...his promising sorry words are not enough, because he is doing it repeatedly...
