How do I deal with my stodgy parents

I'm 19 years old now, but my parents always consider me as a child. They always monitoring all my activities. They never believe that i can handle my life without their participation. I just bored with all their advices, i only want they know that actually i am not a kid anymore, i could handle the problem by myself. So what should i do?
