no, but I have been diagnosed with slow heart murmurs just like when you feel nervous. On my father side they have history of coronary heart diseases and have tendency to suffer from heart attack. My father itself is under medication, for having stroke and I think it is already in the family blood. Even my uncle who is a healthy buff who practice healthy fitness and being a vegetarian. Got a highblood diseases and it is traces in his blood. No matter exercises or healthy lifestyle he have is still susceptible to heart attack..

this condition of yours..does it have someething to do with your mitral valves??? what did your doctor tell you...
I myself have a mild heart condition where my anterior mitral valve have somewhat prolapsed and became so flexible...
i get the slight murmurs too... yet no regurgitation of any kind... or any backflow...
not really a fatal condition

my doctor insist me to undergo 2D Echo to know really the flow of blood in my heart if it is in good condition..I really get tired easily when I am walking uphill thus I avoid climbing. I prefers to live a healthy lifestyle by minimizing my intake of fatty food and eat more fish and veggies..
