I'am working in a pharmaceutical company and my position is a drug R&D engineer. I have been working in the company for one year. But three month ago I found I'm pregnancy, so my position was changed to a secretary. Owing to the reason, my salary was declined by 20%. I feel angry but I've no idea. How do think the event and what will you do?
