Milk has got the best source of protein as well as good quantities of carbos, vitamins and calium. Egg is also no exception, but there is a limit for the consumption of eggs. I have heard that lots of eggs can cause cholesterol problems because it's yolk is made of lecithin, a cholesterol derivative.
Also include a some meat, cheese cheddar and fish- in regulated quantities. That should do good.
I also ask you to include potatoes, carrots, corn, sweet potatoes), fruit, and bread as sources of carbohydrates. Lean red meats, shrimp, iron-fortified cereals should also do good I suppose.
Regards,
Ajith.
