Dear loter
We can define smart work as a Work which can be done on right way and on right path.A work in which we put our effort in such a way so that we can be certain about good results. In hard work we work but without any direction, so in this way results or success becomes unsure.
A work which would to prefer as an invent model location is called smart work.
In the smart work, mind is used more than body . in the hard work , body is used more than mind .

Smart work is handing over ur work to somebody who wont complain, and after that person completes it u submit it as if u did it, while hardwork is what that other person does. he he. Kidding. Smart work is getting quick and better results involving less activity and using less resources, while ensuring that no further work cascades down from it in future. OMG - I didnt know I could define something so well. This is fit for text books. Obviously, hard work is opposite.

A work is a work ,but when one person does it without much time than the other person who takes a lot of time doing the same work means, 'smart work'.An person's presence of mind has got to do with this difference in working. The hard works can also involve smart ways of doing the things.
People have different IQ levels and everyone builds upon that.Working late nights as or as part time is smart work compared to hard work, for more reward.

Traditionally we all have heard that hard work is necessary in order to get success. But in reality hard work has nothing to do with success and is actually counterproductive. If hard work is supposed to produce success, then every one who works hard had been succesfull. The labour working very hard must also have got success with hard work.
Working smartly can give success. Working smart is working with a goal in mind, a goal that is meaningful to you. Working smart also means knowing what points are on high priority and on what you can be flexible on, so that you can focus on whats important. Working smart also means being creative and looking for other ways to get work done faster and correctly. For example taking consultation, etc.

hmmm cool question and interesting.
yeah smart work is a work with all the thinking, analyzing, brainstorming and so on, but of course there's a little hardwork on that part. however the hardwork need more on working on it, more in physical not much in intellectual but again in everything we do we have to think but not really in this part.

Hello rajupaul, in my mind smart work is brain work which takes no effort at all and often involves delegation, hard work is physical work and anything which I know I have to do and generally put off wishing my brain could do it for me without having to get physically involved at all. So I'd rather on thinking about it delegate the hard physical work than the brain work. A prime example of this would be my brain easily composes a fax within quick time but in order to send it I would have to master the boring aspect of using a technical fax machine, and then actually have to get up to do it, which is physical work, so to this day I have always delegated the sending of faxes

Hello my friend rajupaul Ji,
You are absolutely right in defing and differentiating btween both. A smart work is added with wisdom and clearity in its performance, whereas a hard work is without any aim and object. So we need smart people. Yesterday only my grand daughter was trying to understand that among all machines , 'Computer' is a smart machine, defining many qualities which other machine do not posses. But it is further advisable to recruit smart people and not 'Over-smart".
May God bless You and have a great time.

Hi, As far as i am concerned smart work and hard work goes hand in hand. In order to work smartly you need to think hard to achieve your goal. Both smart and Hard work are equally important to be successful.

For me..smart work is when u do a little work and u've done so many things and all in good result. Can achieve this one using ur brain. Hard work is when u are working all day and only done little and not even near the best result. This is working physically using ur body.
And i agree with u...have a nice day.

According to me smart work is better than hard work because for example hard workers will complete the task with in ten days but smart workers will complete that task with in ten days, may be five days.simple to say that smart work is nothing but good creative mind work. Who have good creativity are smart worker who can rule the world
