the computer replace my leisure time

today,i play computer for several hours,i get up at9:30in the morning and i start to open my computer until i stop it at 7:30 afternoon,i found that if i have a rest at home,i often do like that and don't join in other party or walking with my friends or play out side to do something,i found that my leisure time was only devoted to my computer,so my friends talked to me not always stay at home and play computer and often go out with them,so i see what they mean,but it become my part of life,i think that i could not change at that momnent,can it happened in your life?what did you do and give me some advice.
