Hey guys, Have you seen films of other languages which depicts the culture, habits and other stuffs that people involved. I am fond of korean movies and I love to hear the language. It is funny with long sound at the end. I have watched so many korean movies where most of the films are melodrama. The sassy girl is one of the best. In my country with so many languages, I love the movie "Anbe sivam" in my language which I considered as the best which really shows what love and charity and friendship is. Hmmm. well, we have really good films here in the Philippines ( ahem.ahem )lol.. anyway, there are some good romantic films, though the classics are the best, and those that depicts specially during the martial law days.. I like "dekada 70" or (70's decade). We also love horror films, I like "Sukob", unfortunately I don't know how to translate the word. lol. and "feng sui"... they are really scary ( I'm scared easily by the way). heheheh.

Hi philip! dekada 70 tells about a typical Filipino family during the time of martial law, they are torn apart because of different ideals with regards to what is happening in the country.. but in the end, it shows that family is what you'll have.

Hi, I am a Malaysian. For foreign language movie that I enjoyed will be 'Ah Long Pte Ltd' produced by Singapore and in Mandarin language. It depicts a story about the life of 'loan shark' , those who lend out and those who borrowed the money. How a 'loan shark' want to be good 'loan shark'...it is so hilarious yet had very good values on the society, advising them not to borrow from 'loan shark' and its consequences. The movie was a runaway success in Singapore and Malaysia. Even Hong Kong, Thailand and Taiwan demand for this movie to be show in their contries... For Malaysian movie, I will suggest 'SEPET' for it cross culture values and 'Bujang Lapuk' a black & white movie by our well known legend P. Ramlee.

I just watched a excellent movie called (There Will Be Blood) First of I love anything that the leading character Danial Day Louis does. He is a wonderful actor that plays his parts to the fullest. It began in the late 1800's, when they first started drilling for oil.It was very intriguing because, it was very fact based as far as ,I could see. With all the mishaps that happened before they had the proper equipment for drilling plus all the trial and errors . How men survived in this time without women, for the most part of it. Lots of greed came with the discovery of oil also. I won't tell you anymore because it is really worth a look and there are surprises around every corner and a tale to every person. So if you have ever wondered how it all got started ,in the USA. I am sure this movie would be a great watch for ya.

I just recently watch a movie is called Gran Torino, I could dare to say it is the best movie I have seen in the last couple years, it is in English and what it talks about is a guy is a hero, he sacrifices himself to save a bunch kids, it is a very positive and educative movie, although the ending is very sad, I even cried... I still would refer to you guys to watch.

According to me India is the best country and producing many good movies equal to hollywood. Take slumdog movie as an example, it is based on indian culture. My language is tamil. In tamil dasavatharam is the best movie according to me. Because Hero Kamalhassan Will come in ten different getups in the movie. That is the worlds first movie with a hero in ten different roles. It is highily risk to identify each character.the one disadvantage is we dont have money to produce. If we have,we will challenge hollywood

I am American, my favorite movie is G.I. Joe. I also like the Pirates of The Caribbean Trilogy, I would love it if they would continue the trilogy but I don't know if they are going to.
