This morning, when I woke up, I could feel the fall is coming... hate the feeling of getting up from the bed in the cold weather...
My fingers and toes are always always cold in the winter especially when they are exposed in the air, even though I wash them in warm water, it just turns cold again real quick... I don't like it, I wonder why is that... Are you like this as well? Do you know why? Even the fireplace and heat is on, my body feels pretty warm, my fingers and toes are still remaining cold, sometimes the toes feel like frozen...

My mom said it is poor blood circulation too, she says I should move more or do some exercise, I guess it will help... don't really feel like exercising in the winter though...

I have cold toes even in the summer. Bad circulation I guess. Blood doesn't get down to my toes too well maybe.

I get the cold feet in the winter and I actually wear socks even to bed. I think it has to do with poor circulation. At least that is what I have heard. I don't know how to fix it but that is what I know. I even sometimes have to put two pairs of socks on at a time. This is one of the reasons why I love the spring and summer and can't stand the winter.

Yes. Yes, I do. But, then again, I'm cold everywhere except if it's over 80 degrees. I think that may have a lot more to do with my impairment than anything else. I have cerebral palsy. If you are neurologically normal and get cold so easily, see a doctor. You could have a blood clot.

I believe it is a circulation problem. I suffer from cold toes and feet and during the winter I have to be careful because I’ve had chilblains before and believe me that is unpleasant, itchy sore toes, ughr! I’m in Australia and it doesn’t get as cold here as it does in some countries so I don’t know how I would cope if I lived in the U.K. or somewhere like that where it gets really cold!
I’ve seen the doctor about my feet and she informed me that there is nothing you can do if you are prone to cold extremities; the trick is to wear thick socks and gloves and keep as warm as possible.

Yes, my mom told me my blood ciculation must not be good, that's why. But I don't really feel like exercising in the winter when it is so cold... not like I can walk my dog all the time in the summer :-\

My hands fingers and nose are usually the coldest part of my body during the winter months...I hate it. When I am relaxing at night on the recliner, I usually wrap myself up in a blanket, and keep my hands under the blanket...thus keeping them warm...but what do you for the nose? Do they have nose warmers out there?

My fingers and toes do get cold in the winter time. I have this great duvet for my bed and as soon as it gets cold enough, it's going on my bed in the winter time. But my fingers and toes do eventually warm up, I think it's odd that your's don't. Maybe you see a doctor, I think there maybe something wrong with your heart

sometimes i do when my electric fan is pointed into my feet while am sleeping for the entire day. unfortunately, there's no winter here unless a typhoon comes in. I've heard you have to more than one set of clothes just to keep you warm.....

Its rainy season in India. Getting up in the morning has become a really difficult task. My fingers and toes becomes really dry during this season and its always chill. at times it becomes numb. Warm water, hot coffee, sweater nothing works out... After that i stay right under the AC at my office, again i'll be freezing. When i go back home heck my tempreture it will be 99.5 :(

Hi Ivy, it's not so much my fingers but once winter comes I sometimes think that I won't actually feel my feet again for months, I end up with permanently cold feet and does and it is so uncomfortable. I'm forced into two pairs of socks with my boots over the top every time I step outside in winter and even in the house it's two pairs of socks, but I know from years ago that if you try to heat them up to fast you get those horrible itchy chilblains. Learnt my lesson and don't get those at least anymore.

I have a problem with poor circulation due to me having raynauds and my toes get swollen and the joints are very painfull.I also find that my finger tips are very cold as well and they start to throd and tingle. If i were you i would have a word with the dr as there may be a reason for this like i have a reason for mine.

Oh that is really frustrating. But i never felt that cold in winters i.e. my toes and fingers were never too cold. I think that at your end it may be too cold in winter it all depends on countries weather, so that may be the reason.

hmm mermaid... this is quite a common thing... i usually rub my palms together to get some heat and to some extent it does work... can't rub my feet that way though... and i have cold ears as well, it does make your head feel quite cold that way, covering my ears makes me feel much more comfortable!... have a nice day mermaid!:)

I need the heat little bag so I can hold it in my hands especially when I play poker, it makes me shaky hands if my palms are cold!
