The color scheme is nice but it looks a but unaligned and kludged together. Something a bit more streamlined and simple would look much better for a portfolio. The point of a portfolio is to show off your work, so you don't want a design that gets in the way of presentation. You want simpler colors, (white, black, gray) and bigger images to display for work that you've done.

I don't really like the template on your blog. It looks too bulky for me, I would rather have a more simple professional looking template than such a colored one. But I do consider that you have a nice content on the site. There are also some broken link on your site so you might want to repair them. Overall it's a nice looking site
