Good Morning all, I was wondering if it's ok to post a link to a website. I would like to share a link to a website I found, that has online jobs posted, but don't want to go against mylot policy. Thanks.

Hi a_motherstouch, It is okey to post a link as long as it is not associate with you. And it is important to have a post a link if that would support your points. Link like www.domain.com would be okey. Mylot prohibited link that is for you to gain something from it like referrals link, link to your paid per view articles, your blog or something that associate to you. If you want to share some information, just type the link source like www.domain.com Link like www.domain.com/yourname would be deleted. Just read the guidelines for more information. http://www.mylot.com/o/guidelines.aspx

Since your new here you can't copy and paste yet! You can post web sites here but not for your own gain or for your own profit, or to get referrals! If they allowed that this site would turn very ugly! LOL! So you can, but you won't be able to make it a link, you'll have to manually type it in! tdemex

Beside the personal link, you had to have an extra careful on repeated discussion. Repeated discussion would be deleted too. It is stated on the guidelines too. Your earning from that discussion would be deducted . The best way for the newbies here is respond to other discussion first. Your will earn money and friends that way more easy.

Hi tdemex, Of course, I can see the reasoning behind the rule. I am still learning how to do things here, even tho it is fairly easy to respond and start discussions, I learned one must watch what they post.. I had one discussions about the quizzes removed, I felt so "punished" lol Thanks for the info. Have a GREAT day:-)

I think its better not to post any links because I've seen many people who posted links had their post removed and I heard that if you constantly do it you can even be banned as a myLot member. So the best is not to post any links. If you want to share any sites or special information from a particular site with others, I think its better that you just talk about the site here on myLot and then ask whoever interested to know more to PM you for the link. This would be a better way and you can also make some new friends! Happy Mylotting...
