How long can u sleep with out getting up ?

Sleeping for long hours is good for health. But sleeping always is lazyness. So how long do u sleep generally. I sleep only 6 hrs....................

Normally I'll starts to sleep at 12.30 or 1 am, then wakes up at 7.30. Means generally it takes 6.5 hours to 7 hours. But there's a time when I was really tired, just got back from work, I overslept for 13 hours! Hehehe....

Sleeping 7 to 8 hours is good enough for me. Oversleeping makes my body feeling exhausted. But sometimes I can't resist it. Hehehe... to be honest, 7 to 8 hours would do much for me.

i can sleep 7 to 8 hours without getting up and that is if i'm really exhausted from doing all my stuffs... :)

7 to 8 should be normall sleeping hours,,,any person requires to sleep for 7,8 hours. Usually how many hours do u sleep.

the longest hrs i could sleep is 6 hrs, my short test sleep is 2 hrs..

Weekdays I have to get up early not to be late to work. So, I get to sleep about 6 or 7 hours. But, Friday night and Saturday night, oh , may be as long as 10 hours. Ha ha ! Lazy , lazy ! Any way, I just need some relaxation over the weekends.

I do not think because you are lazy u sleep so long on weekends,its because you might be strained on week days. So its cool to sleep on weekends...........

I think sleeping for longer than 9-10 hours per night is probably not good for anyone's health in the long run. I usually sleep 8-9 hours every night and that is fine for me. If I get tired during the day, I might have a quick nap to recharge my batteries.

Yes 7-8 hours a day is the ideal time period to sleep. Its more to sleep 9-10 hrs.......

I like sleeping. Sleeping is my way to remove stress aside from eating sweets. It is also a way for our body to recover and fix our damaged cells in our daily activity. I regularly sleep 6-7 hours on weekdays because I need to get up early because of work. But during weekends, i would sleep for 8-10 hours depends if i have something to do. However, when i joined myLot, my sleeping hours had reduced (LOL)!^^;

I used to stay up until 9 in the morning over the summer and only sleep for a few hours before doing it again. It made me so tired that to recover I slept for a total of 23 hours and 29 minutes uninterrupted. Haha. But usually I like to get like 9 hours of sleep? But it's so hot outside right now that it's exhausting and I've been sleeping for like 10 - 11. Ew.

I've never been one to sleep long hours. I get more sleep now than I ever did. Every night varies. I go to bed about 10-12 and get up at 5.
