Do You Visit Sites/Blogs For Articles Or Quick Links To $$$ Making Opps??

OK, so I've got my blog up to about 240 pages of free ways to earn online, but as I'm looking at the site, I'm wondering if I'm handling it the wrong way. For the most part, all of my posts are pretty short. I mean it's just short descriptions of whatever the money making program/idea/opp/etc. is, with a link that takes you directly to the opportunity for the full details. Am I handling this wrong? In general, when you visit sites/blogs, are you looking for full-length articles/descriptions, or would you rather have a short description with a link directly to the program where you can make the money??

For me, I prefer long descriptions. An analysis or some sort where I could find out the pros and cons of a site, or a money-making site, that is.. Too much banners would make me leave the site there and then. I think a small banner or just a title of the site and a detailed review would be perfect. It shows that the blogger is not trying to outsell something without having a great knowledge on the site itself. Hope this helps.

LOL... I like that term; flashing boxes.. It seems that you already have a pretty good idea. I wish you nothing but the best for your blog. Let's strive for the best..

Very good point! Too short of a description may make you think they don't know enough about the opp to be promoting it. I try to provide just enough of an overview for the reader to decide if it's an opportunity that would interest them. And yeah...I definitely try to avoid 'over bannering' my site. I can't stand that either. There's nothing worse than going to a blog/site and finding nothing but a bunch of flashing boxes!

That's great! I prefer short descriptions of websites. If I want more information on something, I'll go to the site itself for the rest of the info. I visited your blog and what you got looks good. It would nice to see a list of the topics under each category you have so you can easily see all of the topics available in one list so it'll be easier to go to the topics that interest you the most.

Ahhh! You're right! Listing the individual topics is a great idea! Thanks so much for that advice, that really is something I need to do. I'm still working on the layout of the site...creating a blog with Joomla is a bit of a task, so everything is still in the transition phase...but I will put that at the top of the list!! Thanks Again!

Thank You! And you're right, if you see a program over and over, you can bet it's a legit money maker. I always hope that it's My Blog that finally makes them give it a try! Thanks Again!
