Do you concider yourself a nosey person?

I would say i am pretty nosey, especially when i am at home, i like to see what is going on with my neighbours down my street. I live in a pretty quite street so its always exciting when something is going on. In general i just like to be nosey so i know what is going on, not because i want to be in on it, or have gossip to spread, well i guess thats the only purpose of being nosey isnt it?

No, unless it is really important to do so. I prefer keeping certain things private, so I treat other people the way I want to be treated. This was one of the reasons why I was given a job entailing certain tasks in the mid 90's. I could be asked to deliver an unsealed envelope, and the contents would be safe from my prying eyes. A suspicion in my book is not a reason to start prying around. I believe that in many cases the truth will come out. In many cases this proved to be true, with the person concerned making mistakes due to complacency. This gives a greater satisfaction because that person cannot claim to have been framed. The balloon that goes up will eventually come down.

Used to be I'm a little nosey, now I don't bother anymore. Being nosey make me botehr of what people think about me, and I don't want that, as that will make my self esteem down. About other people affairs, I don't want to involved, until that person ask my help, I will try my best to help.

I am not generally a nosey person but I can be when my trust is broken. People will say its not right to be that way but I have been through a situation where it was absolutely necessary. I needed evidence to show and it wasn't like this person was just going to say "Okay here you go" and hand it to me. If its a simple curiosity thing then I won't mess with it. Thats when you need to learn some self control.

I dont like to be nosey, even recently my friend took me to one place because he wanted to buy or return something, am not too sure, i never asked him what he did there till today i dont know. I believe women always try to get knowledge of what happened, when and how etc...

I confess I am extremely nosey. I just can't help myself. I like to find out things. Like you, if I suspect someone of something I HAVE to find out if it's true. Sometimes it can be a good thing I think :)

I am definitely not a nosey person at all. I like to stay to myself most of the time and stay out of other people's business. I do not like gossip or hear say either. I am only nosey when I have to be also.

yep, I can be nosey at times lol, i always want too know what new stuff is going in my family hehe so i call my mother and talk too her about it, she does not mind lol

Not really. I don't want to know much unless there's something that I need to know about. Apart from that, they can keep their affair to themselves. I once read a quote, it was something like 'show me a person who never interested in gossip and I'll show you a person who's never interested in other people' Conclusion to that, we do gossip, regardless who we are. It just how nosy are we compared to other.

ha ha ha no i am not in the least, i have even been accused of being self-involved/absorbed. i have such a lack of interest in anything that does not affect or involve me. i am not even tempted to read a diary if i findit lying around.

Hi tuckersheri, I'm one of the least nosey people I know. I'm not generally interested in other people's personal lives unless they ask me for help. At the same time, I don't much like people interfering in my life unless they are my family, in which case they are only trying to help me or my trusted friends also for the same reason. Being nosey is a definite "no, no" in my life.

i can be very nosey when i feel and sense that i am being fed wrong facts and information. i can always find ways and means to get the truth. i just don't want to be told lies.
