I signed up there but never understood what I was supposed to do so I left it.

I just joined RedGage so I've not receive any payout. But from what I see is that its a good site to help generate traffic for your website if you have one. So far the highest payout I heard of was that one of my friend earned US$25 in one day and he got the payout the next day. Anyway, its really worth trying out at RedGage.
