CS 1.6 on XP Pro x64!

hey guys, im having some problems running CS 1.6 on XP Pro 64bit. when i run CS, it gives an error message saying system memory less than 15MB. that was fine and was fixed eventually. But now i have this problem. CS runs okay, but when i start a dedicated server, it shows the less than 15MB message. sum1 suggested me a patch, and when i installed that patch, i could run dedicated servers, but when i tried to join other servers, it would say invalid CD key. Can someone help me with this??
