How often do you EAT banana?

Good day to all!! In our home we used to have a banana or some fruits to eat because we believe when you eat one banana in a day it's good for the health you can have a potassium vitamins so instead of junk-foods that we eat we eat fruits .So we make it a point we eat one or two banana in a day. So how about you guys how often you eat banana ? daily or nothing!!!? GOD BLESS... xchyler

hi there xchyler, good to see you back in here.. nice one.!! i love eating fruits everyday specially banana and i make sure that i can eat them once a day.. after every lunch i ate it, i also love eating apple.. "An apple a day keeps the doctor away", and i make sure of that, so that i will be healthy and active.. have a nice day.! janebeth.

I eat bananas everyday. I snack on it -- so instead of eating junk food when I'm hungry, I go for a banana.Ü It's healthier and I don't feel guilty eating.

I'm female. Yes, fruits and other healthy snacks over junk food are always preferred and are always best for our bodies.

Banana is the cheapest fruit which I can get in my place. I am not very fond of banana. I will have it once in a month. Yesterday, I a had banana. I usually have it as a part of fruit salad. I don't like banana milk shake. No, I fogot to tell you that I have banana chips very often. It is a very famous snack here.

we use to have banana plantation in our province and when i was a child, i remember that there's banana always in our table. any kind of banana, ripe banana or even cooked banana. and now, i dont know what happened but i dont like to eat it anymore. maybe bcoz i've been eating that for many years everyday. Though funny coz at the province we choose and eat the best one only and here in the city, i just realize how expensive it is and i even saw those over ripe banana and yet still sold in public.

I do eat bananas sometimes and, yes, I do like them..But they are very high in natural fats and eating too often doesn't play fun with my system. However, if its the nutrition value of potassium you're after both watermelon and tomatoes contain more than banana. ENJOY!

hi dear friend, we use to eat one banana in the morning , everyone of us, but now i have stopped eating it beause it is having sugar and all and i am having lot of weight. so i avoid certain fruits which give a rise in your weight after eating. but other people still eat and our baby also eat .

Hi Xchyler, I don't like bananas at all, even though I know that it's really good for health. In fact, I don't fancy fruits very much - though I would sometimes eat mangoes and papayas. But they are a lot of work - cutting, peeling and slicing! Not to mention getting rid of the seeds, especially papayas!

I'm not much into bananas and there is one banana that I can't eat at all because it make sick. I don't know how it call, but it's big compare to other bananas and the skin is green. I do eat fruits every morning when we have and sometimes I eat them for snacks except banana.

Hello xchyler. If only i could eat my favorite fruit everyday, then i would! It actually would depend on my mother. When she bought a whole pack of bananas, then we would definitely eat banana everyday but if it is not available, then we won't eat at all. So the way we consume will greatly depend on the availability of the product.

Yes, I grow bananas. As such, it is often my table fruit. There are many variety of bananas. Bananas contain potassium which is good for control of hyperactive children. Yes, for tea we can have banana fritters. We also have bananas in our fruit salads from time to time. Yes, my family like to eat bananas.

I'm not a big fan of bananas they kind of freak me out. I hate the smell of bananas so I only have them every other month. I much prefer apples.

I eat 1 or 2 bananas almost everyday for breakfast here in the UK but when I was in the Philippines I eat about a kilo everyday. I love bananas and I miss Philippine bananas. Here in the UK we only get one variety (Cavendish) and it's the one I would never eat in the Philippines. A reliable source told me that the green bananas are the best food for the brain. Bananas have many health benefits but even when I didn't know it I already loved bananas. Thanks for making ths post.

Fruits and vegetables are quite good for you. Loaded with vitamins and nutrients that our bodies need. We do try to eat fruits and vegetables on a daily basis. Sometimes we will have vegetables for our meal, and not bother with cooking a meat. We don't do that all the time, but we have done that, several times. We do keep fresh fruits around though, and many times, will have fruit in the evening, or during the day.

Hello xchyler, I don't eat banana at all but my husband and son love it very much. My son can eat up to seven bananas a day. I think he likes it so much that he can eat and eat the bananas until I stop him.

I eat one banana per day and that too only at night. Formerly i used to eat the green skin variety but since a year i have switched over to the small yellow skinned variety on the advice of my doctor. I do not eat any other fruits except this one. However when it is in season i eat mangoes but nowadays they are becoming costlier every year so i restrict myself in eating them. Fortunately some of my friends and relatives usually send me some which satisfies me as i do not have to spend out of my own pocket. This year even the bananas have become costly due to paucity of rainfall in my country.

In my house, we have also banana for a everyday fruit. And Being one who loves Banana, and something that so much easier to eat, we do enjoys that alot. Mum will ask us to have Banana as the beginning of the day, as then it could give us some energy and with some cereal, it makes our morning breakfast. My baby will be also experiencing her first banana soon..

I eat bananas as long as I can eat. Sometimes there was a day nothing to eat banana so if there is plenty I eat more 3-5 bananas. Yes it is better to eat fruits rather than junk food.
