i would like to move states one day soon

I live in California -Southern California, to be exact. What I like about Cali is the weather and the people and the location. We've got beaches and mountains. And the people are friendly. What I don't like about it - it's expensive out here. I watch HGTV a lot and when people buy houses in other States - it seems like they don't have to spend as much as we do. I guess it's because of location. I also don't like the state government - but I doubt that I'll like other states' government anyway! Hahahahaha. I love it out here - but of course there are always quirks. Give and take, y'know.
