How to track of discussions Where i took part in Past??

I found in my few old posts that comments and responses were made but i was unable to keep track of them ... can anyone guide me that how can i keep track f each and every discussion where i have posted , even it is old???

Above every discussion are some tabs. 'Started' are the discussions you started. 'Responded' are those on which you have left a response. You can also access them through your profile. If you wish to be notified of any activity on your discussions/responses then go to your 'preferences' at the top of the page on the left and set your notifiers to 'on'.

hello i cant find where is this option? am also facing this problem....every time i have to check the posts which i have posted and replied for the responses if i got.

At the top of the page to the left 'PREFERENCES' then go to 'NOTIFICATIONS' and you can turn them to 'on' so that you will be aware of comments/responses.
