Stubborn clients

To those who are in the corporate arena, how do you manage your stubborn clients? I really find it annoying when your stubborn clients call you every now and then as if she is the only client that you have. I wouldnt want to be reported to our CEO for picking a fight with one.

Just think happy thoughts. lol. Keep your cool, and always think that its just part of the job. Cause if you mind it and pick a fight, then its definitely your loss. So just always keep your cool

Working with people is the most hard thing to do, so my advice is to ignore them, is the beast thing to do and in this way you keep your cool :)
