My mother was leaving to Heaven when I still child. And I feel close with my father and my other sister and brother. Since i work on different city, I rarely meet with them, so I feel missed. and when I at home, I spend my time to talk and sharing with them.

That is wonderful to hear. I hope that you have a nice time with your family when you go to visit with them. I have not seen some of my family for a long time either. I am happy to see them when the time comes around though.

I dun celebrate much things with my family, except for my parents birthdays as well as chinese new year.. haha =D Other than that, we are on our own, as we are staying together, and seeing each other everyday too.. hehe ^_^ It's more like we have taken each other for granted and thus we dun celebrate all kinds of festivals.. haha =D
But good for u though, as u rarely get to see them once in a while, and u should cherish it ^_^

I live in a city with my wife and son. My mother in-law and sister in-law stay with me. But my mother lives in a small town which is 4 hours drive. Virtually I visit my mother every month, thanks to my job. My mum naturally cooks for me and I love to eat her cooking. It is the best in the world. As for celebration we have it every Chinese New Year when we have Reunion Dinner. Happy Celebration.

I have some muslim friends here in India. Every year I get invitations from them in this auspicious ID-UL-FITR. We together enjoy this occasion. Though I am a Hindu, I enjoy it very much like our hindu festivals. By the way happy RAMADAN.
