Do you will buy new clothes when celebrate your religion holidays even in financial crisis condition ?

We used to when I was a kid. We used to get a new Easter outfit for church. Mom would take us shopping and buy us a new outfit for Easter for the whole family. I liked getting new clothes for Easter and for Christmas.

The only time i will be buying new clothes is during, chinese new year.. lol =D For that's our major festive season, and it normally lasts for days.. Thus, that's the best time for me to buy new clothes, for the entire year too.. lol =D After which, i will not be buying anymore, as i wont have that much chance to wear them anyway..
As long as they are newly brought or maybe wear once or twice, and my frenz have not seen it yet, it's considered a new piece of clothing for me.. lol =D

When young, we bought new clothes for the festivals, but no more these days. I have enough for various occasions. However, for special occasions, say, the wedding ceremony of close relatives, still we buy brand new clothes as sign of politeness for the couple and their parents.
Seasonal holidays are great for children. So as adults, we do not forget to buy new clothes for the children. A happy childhood is ever lasting for a positive mood and attitude of life.

Yeah We also purchase new clothes, ornaments and sometimes commodities also in our religious festivals. But these things does not matter in a religious function. The celebration should be in full devotion to the god and goddess. You know in our religion we have 3.3 millions of gods and goddesses, but some of them are worshiped. The three of them are in the top list. BRAHMA- THE CREATOR OF THIS UNIVERSE, VISHNU- THE REARER OF THIS UNIVERSE AND MAHESWAR- THE DESTROYER OF THIS UNIVERSE.
