What is your favourite exersice option? I love walking with my fav music .

I do both watch tv, and listen to music, and thats how it keeps me motivated.

Im a treadmill person normally, I try to do about 5ks a day but whether or not it happens is another story :P
My favorite exercise is horseriding, I cant afford it at the moment, but im saving ;) I also enjoy swimming, nice and relaxing and you can go at your own pace. Before you know it youve done 3 hours and are ready to pass out :P

humm that's nice topic...i use to spend 2-3 hours in gym and do both body building and fitness exercises...and offcourse music is there generally fast music...its not that any specific favorite exercise...but yeah i like walking & running on trademill for around 15-30 minutes as its a better way to loose calories... :)

i love walking as well, but i also love doing pilatest and weights .. stretching excercises are great .. love them.. toe touches are cool too

I walk on my treadmill at home while reading a good book and listening to music. Doesn't matter what the weather is like, I can still get my walk in. Reading a good book can make the time go by fast. To not get bored I turn around and walk backwards too. I used to watch tv while on the treadmill, which worked pretty well, but I think I prefer reading and music. Sometimes I even upload pictures on my computer while on the treadmill. I have a dial up connection, so it can be kind of slow uploading images. When the image is loaded I jump off and upload another one.

walking is great. but i love the way toe touches make me feel. lay on your back, pick up your legs and bend them at the knees so your calves are parallel to the floor. then alternately lower each leg until only your toe touches the floor. its for the lower abs. and it feels great. but walking is great, too. and tennis.
