YUMMY FRENCH FRIES.... I love them

Hi friends, Very recently my crush on these french fries increased , my mouth is still watering to have them. I have been pestering my mom, each and every day to make them so that I can enjoy them with sauce. But I was very keen enough to learn the recipe so that I can try them whenever I would like to have them. I would like to share the recipe friends,, so whenever you would like to have some mouth watering snacks you can try your hands over them. All that you need is i) Potatoes (as desired) ii) Oil (to fry) iii) Pepper, Salt, Chilli (for seasoning) iv) Sauce (to serve with) Nothing much friends, Procedure : 1)Chop the potatoes, (tip: Vertically much to attract) 2)Soak them in water for some time just to clean them. 3)Take away the excess water, separate them from water, leave them in paper or a cloth, so that it is drained. 4)Let them dry for some ten to fifteen minutes. 5)Mean while, heat the oil. 6)When the oil is ready to fry, put the potatoes to deep fry them. 7)Wait until you see Golden Brown fingers there. 8)Now mix these fried potatoes with pepper, salt and chilli powder. (Take pepper, salt, chilli powder in a very descent quantity, it is just to give you a masala taste) 9)Mix them equally. 10) Serve them Hot with sauce. Try this friends,,,
