being innocent- good or bad?

Being innocent is good. Be good to everybody but be careful of people who tries to take undue advantage. Being innocent doesn't mean we have to be a fool. Be good and be wise.

Being too innocent is a bad thing. Because after all no one is innocent. You should take pride in being who you are. It is wrong to say that only innocents are getting cheated. You should have your word to say, and don't let others do things to you easily. things that can hurt you in some way or another. You should not be innocent because they told you so. You will still have your innerchild in you, but you should not let it take over too much when you are growing old. I think we should be innocent with innocent people only and not too innocent towards people doing harm to us. Happy Mylotting.

It's a really good topic here. I don't know whether innocence is good or not. Some innocent people might be hurt and cheated but some might get a happy ending . Therefore it's hard to judge. But in any way i think in this sophisticated society we should try our best to protect ourselves and not let us to be hurt or cheated . At the same time we should be nice to other people.

in today's generation i guess people needs to be aware of everything. and the kind of thinking right now, being innocent is already a thing in the past. life right now is how to survive, being wise and smart.

Hi Andresimp, I would probably be classed as innocent. When I am in a social situation people would probably think me far younger than my years, but when I am spoken to on a more intellectual level I tend to come across as more mature than my years. I do think that this innocence in person will make life a bit more difficult in the long run as there are lots of things that I don't know or understand about life, and so it is easier for me to be caught off guard or by surprise. That said I am also quite paranoid and over protective of myself so the person trying to swindle me would have to be pretty good to get past all that and take complete advantage of me lol. On the whole though I think that those people, like myself, who come across as innocent are more likely to be taken advantage of than people who are perceived as more dangerous and less innocent. But I also hope that people are more inclined to care and protect us as well :) All the best, Dranz

Being innocent is good cause you will not be included if ever there would be problems though its true that most of them are the ones that are being humiliated and bullied i may say...but if it is the only way for you to live a happy life then why not, but of course i not saying that your innocent then you just don't have to fight for yourself...what i want to imply is that be innocent in the right time and right way for you to achieve happiness...its okay to be cheated besides there's always a KARMA that awaits to them...

it depends how you define innocence. and if you ask me it is different from stupidity. innocence can generally be linked with humbleness, kindness, compassion and consideration for others - all virtues of the best kind. on the other hand stupidity means you do not learn even from your own experience. innocence may also mean that you are aware of the facts but are not corrupted by it.

It depends.Everyone is innocent in their childhood.But gradually, the society influenced us and shaped us to change in order to protect ourselves away from danger.Those who are sophisticated and sly often cheat innocent people.Being innocent is a natural thing.But you should be careful to others and secure that you will not be the sufferer.After all,in this competition-engaged society,some people will do everything to earn their spurs.
