Exchange clicks for Money

How many of you do click xchanges on blogs or sites. You might be having a blog or site with less traffic. In that case you;ll have less no. of clicks your 3rd party ads. In regards to get more clicks so that you'll earn more, do ask others to click ads on your blog and do u do the clicks on that person site or blog... I do ask others to click and I do the same. If not I give this clicking thing as a job and pay them... I don't think I am being wrong. May it's kinda violation by sites like Google Adsense,Bidvertisers,Adbrites and so But then, I just can't help it.. I know there are so many legit sites from which you can make about 100 a month. But most of them are supported to Europe Countries or ONLY in USA... What about you guys? Honest Answers Guys...
