Why the minute the lights go low and the candles are lit women feel sexy?

Why is it that when a scented candle is lit and the lights go low women feel more romantic or sexy?

It's not so much that we feel sexy but when a man does those things for you it makes you feel special and you know he was thinking about you all day just to do those few things. It does help set the mood and makes things a little more interesting.
