What happen to bux.gs and 10bux.net

im new on bux.gs and 10bux.net and i dont know that these sites are scam or not. recently i faced problem on both site that it doesn't display ads only shows adclick.gif(1x1) pixels on my computer but on other computers it doesn't appear. what happen? please suggest and say that these sites are scams or not? thanks in advance. buncaila
