Can not drinking any water for about two months straight, cause you to be really, really sick? I dont like the taste of water, so I will sometimes go long periods of time without drinking it, I am a Pepsi/Coke lover. so i replace alot of my water with one of those..I recently noticed I started getting sick, feeling almost dehydrated. so I soon discovered as soon as Got some water in me I started feeling better.. I still dont drink as much as I should, like today I added one of
those singles to go kool-aids to my bottled water.. not sure if it has the same benefits as regular water or not. but at least im gettng some water in me.. I dont like tea or coffee or anything like that..

Drinking water is one of the best things you can do for your body. We can live for weeks, even months without food but we will only survive a few days without water. If the ice and lemon helps then do that. Try to drink as much water as you can handle and maybe you will begin to like it or at least tolerate it. If not, juice is good too. Get rid of the Pepsi and Coke, that stuff is horrible for you in many different ways. If you can't quit drinking pepsi or coke at least try to drink less of it.
I'm curious about where you live and what kind of water you drink. Pure water is supposed to be tasteless.

I Live in Georgetown Ky we are about 15 minutes from lexington ky.. I usualy just drink the water my Husband buys at our local Wal-mart. he has a certain brand that he likes, I think he gets NESTLE or DeerPark. Brand.. I have tryed the other brands too , they all taste the same to me.. But I agree that all water Taste better with ice or at least really really cold... My body is just use to drinking the sodas since I was a child I AM 39 now.. the last time i really tried to stop drinking the pepsi, I got really bad headaches.. my body is use to all the caffeine
so I did make the switch to caffeine free ,and now I mostly drink the clear sodas such as sierra mist, or 7-up. I always heard the clear is better for you and I know these two brands are caffeine free.. however since I wrote this , I have decided from reading all this info.. that I will have to try my best and do better
with drinking water. I like the Idea of Good cold Ice water.. with a few drops of lemon juice.. I think I will have some now. :) oops I forgot to get ice, I will have to put that on my list...

Well, water is very very essential for our health. As our body is composed of tissues, and every tissues are made up of cells. These cells have a major liquid in side them and those cells to be alive, we need a lots of fluid intake. Otherwise, those sells will shrink. If you don't like water, go for other liquids like fruit juices, etc. Cokes are not that good as they contains alkali in the form of soda. That will make your body fluids alkaline too. But, worlds most prefered and beneficial liquid is water. So, try to start liking water for safety of your health.

I suggest a few drops of lemon juice in the glass. It completly changes the taste. Also put some ice cubes. Make it a drink, even if it´s water! You´ll learn to love it.
Take care
